Jimmy Fernandes - CEO and Co-Founder
As a seasoned professional at the convergence of data, software, and cloud technologies, Jimmy Fernandes possesses a distinctive background that effortlessly spans the realms of IT and Business. This multifaceted journey has been cultivated throughout a dynamic career encompassing Software Engineering/Development, Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Pre/Post Sales Engineering, Business Development, and Sales. Consequently, this unique amalgamation empowers him to adeptly bridge the gap between customers and development organizations, ensuring the seamless alignment of technical solutions with overarching business objectives.
With an illustrious career that spans over 25 years, Mr. Fernandes has undertaken transformative initiatives, orchestrating data ecosystems, crafting scalable software solutions, and spearheading cloud innovations for diverse organizations. Bannon Wysocki
Mr. Wysocki assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer at Data Interfuse in January 2015, where he leads the organization's financial operations and ensures regulatory compliance. As a pivotal figure within the company, he takes charge of managing and implementing DI's comprehensive benefits programs, holding the position of lead and fiduciary for its 401K and Non Qualified Plan. Notably, Mr. Wysocki played a central role in launching the company's Enterprise Resource Planning system from the ground up and introducing an advanced payroll system.
Mr. Wysocki's academic journey commenced with a degree in Economics from the University of Richmond. His financial acumen was honed through a series of roles in commercial lending, progressing from Vice President positions at a local community bank to a large regional bank, and ultimately to a prominent national financial institution. This extensive background proves instrumental in optimizing the company's banking relationships, treasury products, and retirement account decisions.
In his capacity as CFO, Mr. Wysocki continuously scrutinizes and assesses the company's financial health and benefit offerings. His strategic decisions have not only resulted in substantial cost savings for DI but have also elevated the quality of employee benefits to a class-leading standard within the GOVCON small business sector, showcasing his exceptional financial stewardship.
